Our commitment
NSTPA wants every spray tan professional to be able to learn, get certified, and manage their credential on this site — including people who rely on assistive technology. We build toward the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines and treat accessibility as part of normal development, not an afterthought.
What we do today
Semantic headings and landmarks on public pages; keyboard-reachable navigation, forms, accordions, and course controls with visible focus states; labeled form fields with clear error messages; alt text on meaningful images; readable color contrast on our ivory/espresso palette; and captions or transcripts for course video lessons where available.
Course experience
Lessons, quizzes, and the final exam can be completed with a keyboard. Quiz questions use standard controls that screen readers announce, and time limits are not used on chapter quizzes.
Known limitations
Some older downloadable resources (PDF worksheets) may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers, and third-party services we embed — video playback and the Authorize.Net payment form — control parts of their own interfaces. We pass issues we find to those vendors and provide alternatives on request.
Need help or found a problem?
Email support@nstpa.com with the page address and what happened. Accessibility reports go to the front of the queue — we aim to respond within two business days, and we can complete enrollment or provide course materials in an alternate format if something blocks you.
