If your technician claims to be certified, please ask for proof by seeing their NSTPA License ID Card, OR have them supply you with their LICENSE #.   You can use the search above to look up the status of the technician by entering their LAST NAME (do not use first name in search, last name only) or license #.  If there are no search results, that means most likely your technician was never certified by a NSTPA training center or online classes are incomplete.
